1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team prepares it for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Rates
Standard Shipping (Domestic Only)
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping Cost: $15
3. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+5) on business days will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Locations
- Frosstfit currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Tracking Information
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Frosstfit is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Missing or Damaged Packages
