At Frosstfit, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your jacket purchase, we offer a clear return and refund process.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The jacket must be in the original condition as delivered.
    • All original tags must be attached.
    • Packaged in its original packaging.
    • Include the receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Note: Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at support@frosstfit.shop within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, the jacket you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Reasons: If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong item, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect jacket), Frosstfit will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.

4. Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fees apply. Eligible returns or exchanges will receive a full refund or exchange value, excluding original shipping costs.

5. Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If the jacket is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@frosstfit.shop within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will provide a prompt solution such as a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Jackets that have been worn, damaged, or show signs of use.
  • Items with missing tags or protective films.
  • Clearance or sale items, and gift cards.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Once the returned jacket is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
